1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from cdnpeptide.com (the “Site”), operated by Canada Peptides (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical, diagnostic, food, or cosmetic purposes.
3. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase. We may require age and professional verification.
4. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that ordering, possession, and use of products complies with the laws in your jurisdiction. Canada Peptides does not represent or warrant legality in any particular jurisdiction.
5. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Products are sold by the box of 10 vials, with a minimum order of 3 boxes (any mix of products). Orders of 10 boxes or more receive 20% off. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, regulatory risk, or stock errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment.
6. Payment & Fraud Prevention
We accept credit and debit cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Interac e-Transfer, and cryptocurrency. The final total depends on the payment method you choose: card payments include a 5% processing fee, Interac e-Transfer receives 5% off, and cryptocurrency receives 10% off. These adjustments are applied after any volume discount and are shown at checkout before you place your order. Transactions may be subject to fraud screening. We may require additional verification or decline transactions at our discretion.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We ship within Canada only, by Canada Post, with discreet shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
8. No Medical Claims; No Warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Canada Peptides makes no medical or performance claims. Certificates of analysis published on the Site apply only to the specific batch tested.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada Peptides and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Canada Peptides and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of products or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Canada Peptides and protected by intellectual property laws.
12. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
