Labelling is at the box level. Each box carries the product name, the batch code, and a QR code for verification. The vials inside are unlabelled. Cap colours are not unique to a single product, so the box label is what identifies what you have — keep each kit with its own box, and do not consolidate loose vials between boxes.

How HCG Canada stock is tested

Peptide Test Canada, the laboratory that tests every other product in this catalogue, does not offer testing for hCG. This batch was therefore analyzed by Testides Analytical Data and Research Services, an independent third-party laboratory. Where our primary lab cannot test a compound, we use another independent lab and name it here and on the certificate.

Testides analysis covers HPLC-UV purity and content at 214 nm, with the full chromatogram published on the certificate rather than a summary figure alone. This batch also carries bacterial endotoxin testing by kinetic LAL to USP <85>, against a specification of 0.125 EU/mL at a validated 1:16 dilution.

The endotoxin test is not part of our standard certificate on other products. It answers a question purity and content analysis cannot: whether bacterial contamination is present in the material.

What this certificate does not include is identity confirmation by mass spectrometry. Our Peptide Test Canada certificates confirm identity by precursor mass with matched quantifier and qualifier transitions. This analysis is ultraviolet detection only — it measures purity and content, but does not independently establish molecular identity. We would rather state that than let a certificate carry more weight than it holds.

Reading your HCG Canada certificate

The figure to read is activity, not mass. A certificate reporting hCG in milligrams is reporting the wrong unit — biological activity in international units is the standard this compound is measured against, and it is what the fill accuracy percentage is calculated from.

Purity is measured by HPLC-UV at 214 nm as a share of total integrated peak area. It bounds related impurities only and does not account for excipients, counter-ions, or residual water.

Fill accuracy is reported separately and tells you how much activity is actually in the vial against the stated 5000 IU. Both figures appear on the certificate alongside the chromatogram they were derived from, so the numbers can be read against the data rather than taken on their own.
